2017-18 Mustang Wrestling Club Registration

Step 1: Fill out Registration Form HERE (1 per wrestler)

Step 2: Submit Payment

Payment includes:

T-Shirt, Practices, AAU Card, Mustang Club Tournament Entry

Groups:

1. Girls - all ages; normally 1 practice/week
2. PreK-1st Grade - normally 2 practices/week
3. 2nd-8th Grade - normally 2 practices/week

Advanced Practice (any age) - on Sundays

Payment for Advanced group

• Payment for 1 Wrestler = $120 Online Paypal Payment
• Payment for 2 Wrestlers = $160 Online Paypal Payment
  (use this for 1 Advanced and 1 other)
• 1 Wrestler, 1 nights per week with Advanced Group = $40 Online Paypal Payment
• 1 Wrestler, 2 nights per week with Advanced Group = $80 Online Paypal Payment
